Sew Well Made

Hi! I'm Jan Allison - the creator behind the handmade products at Sew Well Made NC.

When the pandemic started, my daughter and I became sewing fools. We made over 3000 facemasks! We donated over 1000 to healthcare workers but then began selling others on Etsy.

Fast forward a few years, and I'm still sewing. Fortunately, just not masks anymore! I've made quilts, children's toys, wide-mouth puppets, and an assortment of other goodies. But I have a passion for animals and make many products to enhance the lives of pets and bring joy to their owners.

Our 'fun pet products for fun pet people' include handmade dog bandanas, some classy and some a bit more sassy. Doggie pull toys, bow ties, keychains, and catnip toys are also made by hand. But to add to the fun, our shop also includes stickers, stuffed animals, and other trinkets for little ones.

We also offer custom-made pet bandanas. If you would like a special size, fabric, saying, or name on a dog bandana, we can make it!
